For the EV charging stations that we have grant funding for (Cornell Street, Dock Street and Lower Broadway), we have transferred money to:

Off Street Parking # A5651.5472  Contracted Services                        $6,000.00

               Traffic Signals # A3311.422                          Electricity                                          $1,500.00
               Traffic Signals # A3311.487                          Const. Materials & Supplies          $1,781.82

 

This does not include accounting for any plugs put in at City Hall, parks or any other location. These will need to come from other accounts.

 

To this effect, I would like to set up a meeting with Joe, the Electrician, Sean Koester, and myself to discuss the three EVCS grants and strategy for installation, which per the grant needs to occur prior to November this year. Next week, Sean and I both have availability Tuesday the 27th between 8:30 and 1:30 or the 28th at 9 or 11.

 

Maureen, can you check with Joe and the electrician on availability? We can come to DPW.

Our electrician has started to buy parts for an electric car outlet he is currently installing at City Hall.

Can you advise what budget account these items are to be paid from?

And are all subsequent outlets that will be installed to come from the same account?
